Cancellation policy Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel within seven days of making a booking or receiving the email confirmation (as there is no delivery of a physical product). In this situation you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after that time will only be available to those who are unable to attend the event due to serious illness. A £25 deduction will be made to reflect admin costs incurred. We are afraid refunds applied for after 1st September 2018 will not be given. Refunds cannot be applied for after the event.
